What our team handles

Your truck. Our hustle.

You keep the wheels turning, and we've got your back on everything else. From the first load to the last invoice, our team is in your corner every mile of the way.

Load booking

We work the load boards and our broker contacts every day to find freight that fits your lanes, equipment and schedule.

Rate negotiation

We push brokers for a strong rate per mile on every load. Cheap freight that barely covers fuel doesn't get booked.

Broker packets

We fill out carrier setup packets with your MC, insurance and W-9 so you get approved with brokers fast.

Rate cons & paperwork

We check every rate confirmation before you sign and keep your BOLs and PODs organized.

Invoicing & factoring

We send invoices to brokers or your factoring company, so you get paid on time without chasing anyone.

Reload planning

We line up your next load before you deliver this one, cutting deadhead miles and time sitting empty.

Questions

Straight answers

What's the difference between a dispatcher and a broker?

A broker works for the shipper and tries to move freight at the lowest cost. A dispatcher works for you, the carrier. We find and negotiate loads on your behalf, and you haul them under your own authority.

How do you charge?

A simple percentage of each load's gross revenue. Call our team for current rates. There are no setup fees or hidden charges.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. You approve every load before it's booked. If a load doesn't fit your schedule, rate or home time, you say no.

Can I choose my lanes and home time?

Yes. Tell us where you want to run, where you don't, and when you need to be home. We plan loads around that.

How soon can I start?

Once we have your MC authority, insurance certificate and W-9, we start sending your carrier packets to brokers and looking for your first load.
