What we collect
When you fill out the sign-up form on our website, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- Your name and company name
- Phone number and email address
- MC number, number of trucks and equipment type
- Home base, preferred lanes and any notes you add
We do not ask for bank details, Social Security numbers or passwords through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about our dispatch services
- To check your authority and set you up with brokers, if you decide to work with us
- To plan loads around your equipment, lanes and schedule
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share your carrier details with freight brokers only when it's needed to book loads or complete broker setup packets on your behalf, and only after you decide to work with us. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a third-party email form service, which processes the data only to deliver it to us.
Website basics
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log standard technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and running. We load fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. We don't use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working together or discussing working together, and delete it on request when it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email brad130dispatch@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
